Refunds
Ads are one-off purchases that go live as soon as payment succeeds, so most payments are final. Here is how we handle refunds.

When we will refund
We will refund your ad in full if:
• Your payment succeeded but your ad did not go live and we cannot fix it.
• We removed your ad for a reason that was not your fault (for example, a mistake on our side).
• You were charged twice for the same ad.
When we generally won't
We generally do not refund when an ad has run as posted: if you changed your mind, made a typo after publishing, or your ad was removed because it broke our Terms of Use. Expired ads (after their 7 days) are not refundable.
How to ask
Email office@roosearcher.com.au with the email on your account, the ad title and roughly when you paid. We look at every request individually and will come back to you within 5 business days. Where something has genuinely gone wrong on our side, we will make it right — including full refunds.
Your consumer rights
Nothing here limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and you may be entitled to a remedy (such as a refund or replacement) for a major failure.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, through our payment processor (Stripe). Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
